Surviving winter in the office

How do you stay warm in winter? Let me ask again, how do you cope with cold streets - warm stores - cold street again - warm bus/train/office? Christmas is super charming but can be tricky, how to survive the hot-and-cold scenario?

Changes in temperature can be a pain in the neck, especially now in December when it's freezing outside but quite warm in the office. When inside of a bus or train on my journey to work, the warm air is blasting but when I step outside I totally become a snowball. Then I get inside the office and get warm again but after some hours the warm air stops and I am cold again. That is why, my ladies, we need some survival tips now. My workmates and me have always some XL scarf in our desk so we can use it when feeling cold, and if not we bring some cardigan to leave at the office for such situations.

Another useful thing to do is strategic layering. Today for example, I was wearing a thin sweater but I added a cardigan and scarf to my outfit, so I could add or take out any of these when entering the office or going out for a coffee. That is why I started browsing online and found Dresslily, which offers HUGE SCARVES I could really use during my work days.

Then I asked some men in the office and they said they just wear long sleeve sweaters layered on top of short sleeve shirts or dress shirts, like these ones here. Men are really simpler than us! They also wear scarves but only outside, and leave the blazer on if feeling cold in the office. I think we can all agree that trying to stay stylish and warm throughout the Winter can be a struggle! Ladies, how do you balance cozy temperatures with the winter air outside?

  8. These scafs are beautiful. I was just thinking the other day that my winter wardrobe is dull. I feel like adding a scark adds a little interest to the daily sweater and jeans attire I wear ALL winter.
